Delivery Timeframes

  • GCC Countries: Orders are typically delivered within 5 working days.
  • Rest of the World: Orders are usually delivered within 7 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance delays or public holidays.

Delivery Details

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipments must be sent to complete physical addresses. Please ensure accurate and complete location details are provided during checkout.
  • Order Packaging: Each order will be delivered in a secure and carefully packed box.

Order Processing

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized transactions will be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or message. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress online. If delivery fails on the first attempt, the courier will make up to two additional attempts to deliver your order.

International Shipments

We accept international orders outside Kuwait. Additional shipping fees and longer delivery times may apply depending on the destination and customs requirements.

Holiday Shipping Information

During peak holiday seasons, such as Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, National Day, and other festive occasions, please allow extra time for order processing and delivery. We recommend placing your orders in advance to avoid delays.
